Cambridgeshire is experiencing a substantial amount of new development which is set to continue in the coming years, putting planning departments across the county under increased pressure. We are currently working with planning officers from Cambridgeshire County Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council to improve their S106 process.

Officers from both the planning teams have attended a workshop facilitated by ourselves in which existing issues were resolved and new working practices explored. We are now working with the teams to develop a refined S106 process and robust partnership agreement, which will enable them to respond to the S106 requirements associated with the forthcoming development in an effective and efficient manner.
