• Duncan Law from  Community Energy England, who will provide an introduction for local authorities new to the community energy sector
• Tara Bowers from Exeter Community Energy who will present their fuel poverty work, involving work with five different local authorities across Devon in a range of different ways
• Andriana Ntziadima from The National Lottery Community Fund who will outline funding opportunities for energy projects put forward by local authority and community group partnerships under the recently launched energy round of the Climate Action Fund
