Stephanie is an economist with over 20 years’ experience informing local, national and European public policy and investment decisions on sustainable transport, infrastructure, land development and planning, economic development, energy, environment and climate change. She specialises in providing robust and insightful economic analysis to inform impact assessments and evaluations, option appraisals, economic strategies and business cases for her clients.
Projects that Stephanie has worked on recently include: the appraisal of a funding application for hydrogen innovation support in Northern Ireland; the Somerset Economic Strategy; and developing a business case for green skills capital infrastructure in Essex. Stephanie has also been involved in major projects including the case for the Elizabeth Line and Crossrail 2 and a resilience strategy for the City of Paris.
